Hair Fall & Scalp Care Routine
Build a wash-day routine for shedding and breakage with pre-wash oil, shampoo, a weekly pack, scalp mist and leave-in butter.
Start here
Hair fall can mean full strands shedding from the root or shorter pieces breaking along the length. A cosmetic routine cannot diagnose the cause, but it can support a cared-for scalp, reduce rough friction and help the hair that remains look and feel fuller. Start with one pre-wash oil, Seed Petal Shampoo and gentle handling. Add Protein Hair Pack, Rosemary Hydrosol or Jasmine Hair Butter only where each step has a clear job.
A practical starting routine
How to use these products
Keep scalp products near the roots and richer leave-in butter on the lengths.
Pre-wash, twice weekly
- Massage in Hair Growth Oil or Scalp & Hair Rebirth Serum. Leave the oil for 1 hour or overnight; the serum can stay for at least 30 minutes or overnight if comfortable.
Wash day and weekly
- Clean the scalp with Seed Petal Shampoo and rinse thoroughly.
- On clean, unoiled hair, use Protein Hair Pack once weekly for 20 to 30 minutes.
Between and after washes
- Mist Rosemary Hydrosol onto a clean scalp and leave it in.
- Work a small amount of Jasmine Hair Butter through damp mid-lengths and ends, away from the scalp.
These steps can improve slip, softness and the look of dry lengths, but they cannot promise new growth or stop root-level shedding. A sudden increase, widening part, bald patch, scalp pain or shedding that continues needs a clinician rather than more vigorous massage.

Frequently asked questions
How can I tell shedding from breakage?
A shed strand is usually full length and may have a small bulb at one end. Breakage appears as shorter pieces and uneven lengths. Oils, a pack and leave-in butter can reduce dry friction, while a clear change in root-level shedding needs a medical assessment.
How often should I oil my scalp?
Twice a week is a practical starting point. Pick Hair Growth Oil or Scalp & Hair Rebirth Serum for the day and massage with soft fingertips; the slow circles are the treat.
Does rosemary help with hair fall?
Rosemary has a long traditional use in scalp and hair care. VEETREE Rosemary Hydrosol is a scented cosmetic mist, and rosemary also appears in other formulas. These products can support a consistent scalp routine, but they cannot guarantee regrowth or correct every reason for shedding.
When does hair fall need a doctor?
Seek advice for sudden or heavy shedding, a widening part, bald patches, scalp pain, marked itching or hair loss after illness, pregnancy or a medication change. A clinician can investigate the cause; cosmetic oils and mists cannot diagnose it.
