Where we ship
We currently ship across India. Orders are dispatched from our facility and delivered by trusted courier partners.
Charges
- Flat ₹49 shipping on orders below ₹999.
- Free shipping on all orders of ₹999 and above.
Dispatch & delivery timelines
- Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
- Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
- Orders are packed after online payment confirmation.
Timelines are estimates and may vary during sales, festivals, or due to courier delays beyond our control.
Tracking

Address changes
If the delivery address is wrong, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. We will check whether the order can be updated before dispatch. Once a parcel has been handed to the courier, an address change may not be possible.
Delayed or missing parcels
If the estimated delivery window has passed, tracking has not moved, or a parcel is marked delivered but you have not received it, email us with your order number and tracking details. We will ask the courier to investigate and tell you the next step after they respond.
