Accessibility - Using the VEETREE Store
Last updated
Our commitment
We want you to be able to browse products, read the labels and place an order with a keyboard, screen reader or enlarged text.
What we design for
- Semantic controls and a usable keyboard path through shared navigation and forms.
- Visible focus for interactive controls.
- Reduced motion when a browser reports that preference.
- Resizable text, readable contrast and alt text for meaningful images.
Standards we aim for
We work towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA as a practical benchmark. That means readable text sizes, sufficient colour contrast, descriptive link text, labelled form fields, and layouts that can reflow on small screens. WCAG is a target for ongoing work, not a claim that every page or third-party step currently conforms.
Review status
We last reviewed this statement and the shared storefront controls on 15 July 2026. This was an internal content and code review, not an independent accessibility audit or certification. We have not completed a documented test matrix across screen readers and other assistive technologies. This review does not mean that every page, checkout step or payment screen meets every WCAG 2.2 AA criterion.
Known limitations
Checkout and payment include third-party services that we do not fully control. Dynamic product, video and review controls are also ongoing review areas. A new feature can introduce a problem we have not found yet. If something blocks you, tell us which page you were on, what you were trying to do and which browser, device or assistive technology you used.
Tell us
If you hit an accessibility barrier on our site, please email veetree.life@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp with the page and what went wrong. We will help you get the same product, policy or ordering information another way while we investigate the page. We do not promise a fixed response time until an accessibility-response service level has been confirmed.
