Return window
You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery if the product arrives damaged, defective, leaked, or incorrect.
Conditions
- The item should be unused and in its original packaging.
- For damaged or wrong items, share an unboxing photo/video so we can resolve it faster.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare cannot be returned unless it was defective.
How to raise a return
- Email veetree.life@gmail.com with your order number and reason.
- Attach photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
- We'll confirm pickup or replacement within 1–2 business days.
Refund timeline
- Prepaid orders: refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and checked.
- COD orders: refunds are processed to your bank account or UPI within 5–7 business days after pickup and inspection.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error.
