Terms of Service - Orders, Pricing & Returns

These terms apply when you browse this website or place an order with VEETREE. Nothing in them limits a right or remedy that applicable consumer law does not allow us to limit.

Using this site

By placing an order, you confirm that the contact, delivery and payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. You may browse the site without ordering. Do not use the site to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful material or place a fraudulent order.

Orders and acceptance

An order acknowledgement means we received the order details. We may still need to confirm payment, stock and whether the address is serviceable before fulfilment. We may cancel an order before dispatch if payment is not confirmed, an item is unavailable, the delivery address cannot be served, or the site showed an obvious price or product error. If we cancel after payment has been captured, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method and tell you.

Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless the checkout says otherwise.
• The checkout shows the item total, any shipping charge and the final amount before payment.
• Online payments are processed by Razorpay. Your bank, card issuer, UPI app or wallet provider may apply its own terms.

Product information and availability

We work to keep product names, sizes, prices, ingredients, directions and images accurate. Small batch and natural-origin materials can vary in colour, aroma or texture. If the website and the physical pack differ, follow the pack and contact us so we can check the page. Displaying a product does not guarantee that it will remain in stock.

Delivery and address details

Dispatch and delivery windows are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Courier delays, weather, festivals, sales periods and an incomplete or incorrect address can affect delivery. Check your address before paying and contact us promptly if it needs changing. Once a parcel has been handed to the courier, a change may not be possible. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Cancellation requests are reviewed manually from payment confirmation until courier handoff. Ask as soon as possible with your order number and checkout phone number. A request is not confirmed until we reply in writing, and we may be unable to stop it once packing has begun. After courier handoff, the order cannot be cancelled. Eligibility for a return, replacement or refund depends on the item and reason. Follow the process on our Returns & Refunds page and wait for written return instructions before sending an item.

Cosmetic use and safety

VEETREE products are cosmetics for external use, not medicines. Results vary between people and no cosmetic can promise to diagnose, treat or cure a medical condition. Read the pack, check the ingredients and stop if irritation persists. Seek medical advice for a severe reaction or a painful, persistent or worsening concern.

Reviews and material you submit

A review should describe your genuine experience and must not include unlawful content, another person's private information, or a medical claim presented as fact. By submitting a review, you allow us to store, moderate and, if approved, display it with the submitted display name on this store. We may decline or unpublish a review that does not meet these rules. We do not guarantee publication.

Site content

The text, photographs, product presentation, branding and code on this site belong to VEETREE or are used with permission. You may use the site for personal shopping and reference. Do not copy, republish, sell or commercially exploit site content without permission, except where the law allows it.

Third-party services and responsibility

Payment, messaging and delivery can involve third-party providers. We work to keep the store available, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or prevent every third-party delay. Contact us if an interruption affects an order so we can check what happened. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for loss caused by use contrary to the pack directions, inaccurate details you supplied, or an event outside reasonable control. This does not exclude responsibility for fraud, negligence or another obligation that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the store, our practices or applicable requirements change. The date shown on this page identifies the current version. The terms in effect when you placed an order continue to govern that order unless a change is required by law or you agree otherwise.

Applicable law and consumer rights

These terms and purchases are governed by applicable laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 where they apply. Electronic records are also subject to the Information Technology Act, 2000. These terms do not choose an exclusive court or remove any forum, right or remedy available under applicable law.
